Red Sky Steel LLC (“RSS”) is an independent authorized dealer of pre-engineered steel building systems. RSS does not manufacture, fabricate, engineer, or install steel structures.
Steel building systems offered by RSS are manufactured by independent third-party suppliers, which may include American Steel Carports and other approved manufacturers. Each manufacturer operates as a separate and independent company.
All manufacturing, structural engineering, fabrication, delivery scheduling, and installation services are performed exclusively by the selected manufacturer and/or its authorized installation contractors. RSS does not supervise or control manufacturing processes, engineering determinations, installation crews, or construction timelines.
Building specifications, materials, trim details, structural components, gauge thickness, color options, and design elements may vary depending on the manufacturer, geographic location, engineering requirements, and product line selected. Final specifications are determined by the manufacturer following engineering review and order acceptance.
All structural, paint, wind, rust-through, and workmanship warranties are issued solely by the manufacturer. RSS does not provide independent product warranties and makes no representations beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Financing programs and Rent-To-Own options, when available, are administered directly by the manufacturer or third-party financing providers. RSS is not a lender and does not control financing approvals, underwriting decisions, or financing terms.
